Architectural and Construction Details
The atmosphere of the upper wooden levels and the lower mineral layers intertwines in an open spatial sequence, connected by a series of staircases that access the three levels of the small house. The spatial experience is shaped by the scenographic composition of materials — different types of wood and stone treated with specific techniques — creating a rich and dense environment with a distinctive character.

Materials and Lighting
The project uses a balanced contrast between traditional and contemporary materials, enhancing each other. The rooms are composed through a scenographic approach to material textures, supported by discreet lighting integrated into the floor and ceiling, casting a soft glow onto the surfaces. Every detail, from structural elements to fittings, was meticulously designed, modeled, tested and developed on site — aiming for a total architectural experience.
